Our refund policy is 15 Days. Woefully, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be suitable for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same original packing.
To complete your return, we need a receipt, invoice or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email or SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund amount.
If you are approved for your refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the items if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can send us an email at Life@lifecode.co.in.

You will be responsible for payment for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund amount, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that amount. Depending on where you stay, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may differ. If you are shipping, you should consider using a trackable courier service. Tracking id is important because without that we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping & cancellation policy
Our products are shipped within 3 to 5 Days using the following carriers: Delhivery, India Post, DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, Gati, Aramex and similar courier companies.
In a case of situations such as strikes, acts of God the delivery time may increase by a few days. Orders that are completed on public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
