Replacement Only Policy

We offer a replacement-only policy within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds or returns for any products. A replacement will be processed under the following conditions:


Eligibility Criteria for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:


• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.


• The issue must fall under one of the following:


o Received a damaged or defective item

o Received the wrong product


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept replacements for the following: • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling • Products returned without original packaging • Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery • Minor color or size variations due to digital image differences


Replacement Process


To request a replacement: 1. Email us at support@lifecode.co.in with your order number and issue details. 2. Attach clear images or videos of the defective/damaged/wrong product. 3. Our support team will review your request and approve eligible replacements. 4. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup and dispatch the replacement product.


Shipping for Replacements

• In most cases, we cover the shipping costs for returning the item. • If the return is not approved upon inspection, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
